Free Car Package and Hire Car Agreement

Sea Change Beachfront Apartments has an excellent package which includes a free hire car, which commences from 10.00am on the 2nd day of your holiday, until 9:00am on the day of your check-out. To qualify for the free car package, you must book the car at the same time as your accommodation booking, by selecting the car package booking type within the booking system. Guests contacting us to request the car be added onto an existing confirmed booking may not qualify. A minimum of four night's stay is required on our standard and best buy rates, this offer is excluded from our non-refundable rate, as this type of booking is already discounted. The car package includes standard car insurance, which provides insurance with a damage excess of $2000. You may opt for the reduced excess, which is available for an extra charge of $20 per day, reducing the damage excess to $450. Car pick-up and drop-off is via Sea Change only, where parties will enter into a Vehicle Rental Agreement with terms and conditions. All of our cars are automatic vehicles. Drivers must be a minimum of 25 years, and a maximum age of 79 years (to be covered by our insurance). A maximum of 5 persons to occupy the Corolla type vehicle or 8 persons for the Kia Carnival type vehicle. Car hire and the car package is subject to availability. If a car is deemed unroadworthy, Sea Change will not be responsible for procuring another vehicle nor will it bare any costs for sourcing an alternate transport mode.
